MANUFACTURER OVERVIEW
Vauxhall Motors has been a British automobile subsidiary of General Motors Corporation (GM) since 1925. Although Vauxhall was formed in London in 1857 by Alex Wilson, it was not until 1903 that Mr Wilson decided to turn to making cars.
Vauxhall spent its time trying to compete with the Ford Motor Company and Chrysler but were always chasing, although had many successes with particular models even after poor reviews from journalists on some of their most successful cars. Vauxhall has produced over 50 different car models over it’s years in production.
