HYUNDAI HISTORY
Hyundai refers to a group of companies and related organisations founded by Chung Ju-Yung in South Korea. The Hyundai Company was founded in 1947 as a construction company and developed throughout the years to cover many industries. Hyundai is now Korea’s largest conglomerate company.
Part of this success and growth has led to Hyundai becoming the world’s 5th largest automaker selling mid sized sedans and SUV’s.
