Used car sale – What to guard against

A used car sale is not something that you can achieve very easily. Yes, a desperate sale is always possible, but you would end up losing money that you would have got if you had exercised some patience before deciding to put that used Aixam car for sale.
Let us look at some of the things that you would do well to guard against.
a) It is very easy to get carried away when you spot a prospective buyer who shows a good deal of interest in your car. However, showing your keenness may be construed as that you are desperate to sell and you must not give that impression.
b) If the buyer wants a test drive, make sure you accompany him for the drive and also ensure that your insurance is up to date for according protection against any possible damage.
c) When it is time for the payment, ensure that you take only a cheque or cash. If it is a cheque, then go to the bank and get it cashed before handing over the vehicle to the buyer and signing on any documents transferring ownership.
