So if you happen to call up a number where a Kia used car has been advertised for sale and get an indifferent response, you need to be careful and pose questions such that you are able to identify whether the person at the other end is the actual private seller of the car or is it just a dealer. Moreover, your questions should also help you make out whether that person has the authority to sell that vehicle.
You can make other inquiries about the registration, VIN to ascertain whether it is safe for you to purchase that car. You would also do well to do a history check on the vehicle so that you get to know about any outstanding that is yet to be paid and so on.
As a final verification, ask to inspect the vehicle at the house of the seller so that you know for sure, it is not a stolen car.
