University of Wisconsin and North Carolina State University teams building extended-range plug-in hybrid versions of donated GM SUVs will discuss their work as part of the 17-team, three-year EcoCAR Challenge in a live Webchat at 3 pm Eastern Time today.


The engineering competition is co-sponsored by GM and the U.S. Department of Energy and GM is hosting the Webchat.
