WASHINGTON - Electric vehicle maker Think (www.thinkev.com) has come up with a list of what it considers to be the top 15 "EV-ready" cities in the U.S., with - no surprise - California locales taking four of the top spots.

Think plans to begin building and selling its plastic-bodied City EV in the U.S.

Los Angeles leads the pack, followed by San Francisco, with Chicago and New York tied for third place.
San Diego, Portland, Oregon, and Sacramento round out the top seven.
