There's been a buzz over the wires about Maserati making a sport sedan, one notch down from the regal Quattroporte, to compete with the BMW M5, Audi RS6 (or S7 when it happens), and Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG.

There's been a buzz over the wires about Maserati making a sport sedan, one notch down from the regal Quattroporte, to compete with the BMW M5, Audi RS6 (or S7 when it happens), and Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG. Guesstimates put the cost at around $74,000. Apparently, this is just one part of the Fiat Group's five-year plan to create six new Ferrari models and more Alfa Romeos. Oh, and a new generation of Quattroporte. Bring it on, amigo.
