First unveiled in 2008 and already one of the most successful models in Aston Martin’s line-up, the DBS sports car is about to receive a small facelift. The facelift will only be a minor surgical procedure because, well, why change something that is already great. The new DBS will receive new headlights sporting some LED lights and a much slimmer look. At the rear, these spy shots reveal a new diffuser and exhaust pipes that are placed a bit differently. However, this pretty much sums up the changes that will be made so far. We will have to wait for other spy shots to confirm if Aston Martin will be making any further changes to the sports car.
Under the hood there will be the same V12 engine producing a total of 517 HP at 6500 rpm (a small increase over the current 510 HP). The car’s performance will remain as impressive as ever: a top speed of 191mph (302km/h) and a 0-62mph (0-100km/h) time of 4.3 seconds.
The facelift DBS is expected to be unveiled in 2011.
