Due to debut at the upcoming Detroit Auto Show, the 2012 Buick Verano, like the Chevrolet Cruze, is based on the Daewoo Lacetti (GM’s Delta II platform). The Verano has also been on sale in China since June of last year and is sold as the Excelle GT there.
